“The question of meaning is a deeply human one,” said V. E. Frankl, and therefore it is “timeless.” Even and especially today when we are busy with increasing efficiency in all areas on one hand, and on the other hand are faced with great challenges due to the pandemic, the question “why?” also appears in the background – quietly, yet unmistakably: “Should all this have been in my life?”, “What (else) do I want to achieve?”, “Am I even living my life?”. The answer to the question of meaning is always individual.

In the workshop, the psychotherapist and the participants will examine the conditions that make it possible to find the meaning of life, ways to deal with mental blocks, the relationship between meaning and success, and – in view of unchangeable suffering – whether meaning is even possible.
