Miriam Fussenegger

Miriam Fussenegger was born in Linz in 1990 and completed her acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar Vienna. Already during her studies she played in Horváth's Kasimir und Karoline, in Marie's Lieben after Schnitzler's Anatol at the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, Titania in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Max Reinhardt Seminar, as well as Solveig in Klaus Maria Brandauer's reading Peer Gynt (together with the NDR Symphony Orchestra). After that collaborations with the Musikverein Wien, Werk X Wien, the Stadttheater Klagenfurt and the Rabenhoftheater, among others, followed. In 2015 she played Lucy Brown in the production Mackie Messer at the Salzburg Festival. Eine Salzburger Dreigroschenoper, 2016 the Buhlschaft in the Salzburg Jedermann. In addition to her theatre work, she regularly appears in front of the camera for film and television, including the Oberösterreich Landkrimis, the historical three-part series "Maximilian" and the TV series "Walking on Sunshine".
